Pretty quiet North Boulder neighborhood. Very good locations for walking to shopping and public transportation. Unit interiors don't exactly have the most modern aesthetic or appliances and fixtures, but definitely not antiquated. Management is ok and maintenance staff is excellent and responsive. If you are noise-sensitive, stay away from units near pool as there is a playground on the neighboring property that is a problem for some. They take care of the landscaping really well. Trails within walking distance and you can walk across street to grocery shopping, fast food, and auto parts.
