I don't understand what you hope to benefit from a post like this. This is a false accusation and since you have been at GlenLake for so long, makes me wonder just how unhappy you could be, seriously. Unless however since this is an anonymous post you do not live here at all. Either way you must be a miserable person to take the time out of your life to post this.

This is not any sort of false accusation. What are you trying to imply? Are you implying that I didn't experience bed bugs? That's pretty hilarious since I have numerous correspondences with Glen Lakes management and several inspection reports from their own exterminators filed away. Since you seem to like resorting to insults, I'm assuming your character is of extremely low caliber (and that you're probably a manager at Glen Lakes). You don't know me, you're not familiar in any way with my experience at Glen Lakes, and I'm betting you're a lonely, poorly-paid manager hunkered down in her office scared that people are actually telling the truth about Glen Lakes. Get a life.
