Glenwood Village Apartments

What a Score! From: GlenwoodGirl Date posted: 7/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   What an absolute pleasure it has been to live at Glenwood Village! After seeing a slew of horribly overpriced and run-down apartments in Boulder, I fell in love as soon as I saw Glenwood Village. Both bedrooms are large enough to fit king size beds and both have rather large closet space. The master bedroom has a great walk-in closet and a half bath. There is more than ample storage, a big living room and two decks with sliding glass doors. I was nervous to move into an apartment complex since I have never dealt with a landlord who had so many tenants. Ken (owner) couldn't be nicer. He was always available if you had a problem (or the 24 hour hotline) and even though he has over 100 tenants he knows every detail of your life you have ever told him and is always quick to remedy any problem you might have. We even got a brand new fridge after we complained about ours. This is also the quietest community I have ever lived in even though it's located right near 28th street which means great access to multiple bus routes, Safeway, restaurants, shopping, etc. I have had a wonderful experience and plan to live here for a long time.
