Spacious and affordable From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   If you want spacious and affordable in Boulder, Colorado, I suggest Habitat Appartments. It is located on a bus line, just outside of the town. It is fairly quiet and allows pets. In fact, there is an off leash dog friendly park nearby! We have lived here for a year now and are quite happy with the place. We couldn't afford something this big elsewhere in Boulder and it is a friendly little community so we are happy to stay. Management is quick to help you with your needs. Only downfall is that they are renting to more and more college students lately and sometimes they are loud on the weekends. But we never hear our neighbors so it is only through the windows that you hear the noise.
