The apartments are very spacious but the workmanship on pretty much everything is horrible. Ive lived in two different apartments here and all the sliding doors have fallen off. The landlords used to be nice but if you have a dog they think that you are the ----- and that its your fault other lazy people cant pick thier dogs mess up. Electrical outlets fall out of the walls. The apartments are drafty so unless you want to freeze a heating bill with the heat set at 60 will cost you 100$. There are crayon marks on everything from the previous tenants and stains on the carpet as well. Oh and watch out in the winter time because they are incompetant when it comes to shoveling. I might as well strap some skates on and glide to my damn car. The walls are also paper thin. And they don't do a damn thing about complaints.

Oh yeah, well, I agree--I've got a screen door that fell off, the workmanship is terrible (water damage under the sink), and the neighbors are noisy. I'm not sticking around to find out about the winter related problems. This was the most accurate review of the 4
