Sorry to be leaving :( From: shaylinfox Date posted: 8/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I thought Habitat was a great place to live, especially considering the fact that after looking at about a zillion places in Boulder, they have the most space for the least amount of money. The one time we had a maintenance issue (a problem with the kitchen drain) they had it fixed within 24 hours, and the office staff was always very pleasant to me. After reading the other reviews, I guess the value of your experience may depend on which unit you are renting so if you are considering moving here it might be a good idea to request touring the specific unit you would be moving into. Overall my experience was great, it was a big relief to find a place that would take my cat and dog, and they never intruded on my privacy. The only thing that was a pain was moving in and out, since I had to park about 50 feet away from my apartment itself. Makes moving a piano and lots of furniture a bit difficult :) Anyway, I'm sorry to be leaving, hopefully I'll be back someday!
