Nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I lived there for a year. I liked the open space nearby, the views of the mountains and the little backyard. My townhome was very spacious, the appliances worked well and were in good condition. The office staff was great. The maintanence people were OK. There was little if any noise from the neighbors. If there was something negative, it would have to be the heating, which on two floors controlled by one thermostat often creates a bit too much of hot/cold situations. If you do not want to drive, the 205 goes right by and takes you close to CU or all the way downtown.
