Staff was very friendly and maintenance was done quickly.

There are two problems I noticed most about this apartment.

First, if you are a non-smoker you could be unlucky in getting an apartment above/next to a smoker.

I found that my apartment smelled of smoke especially when using the air conditioner or heater (I think it pulls the smell from the closet where the heating/cooling unit is kept).

The staff tried to fix the problem, but somehow the way the air circulates was not in my favor.

Secondly, I found that for a third floor apartment it was poor in heat efficiency.

Overall the apartments are quite large and reasonably priced for Boulder.

I may have been particularly unlucky in the apartment I was given, I understand that the described complaints may not apply to the townhomes or other unit styles offered.
