Have not had a good experience. Lived here for four years. Management is sales oriented and treats tenants differently once the lease is signed. They do not give proper 24 hours notice before entering apartment. Have been very rude at times. Problems with laundry facilities. Complaints ignored for over a year. (Moving now, still broken.)
Lack of privacy. Noisy neighbors. (Dogs barking. Slamming doors. Smells from other apartments. Neighbors on every wall.)
These apartments have a hotel feel. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they were college students looking for a dormitory type environment.

This review sounds like it is for a completely different apartment complex! Perhaps this person had one of the clustered cheap studios, but you get what for you pay for in that case. I had a one bedroom and a townhouse and all I ever shared was most one wall with another person. The buildings I lived in was always quiet, and the only time I saw other people unintentionally was going to and from the parking lot. The staff was always very nice. They always gave 24 hour notice, but sometimes it was barely 24 hours and if you weren't home you might not get the letter until much later. At times, they could have given better notice for those situations.
