2.5 Year resident From: beeblebrox42 Date posted: 8/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I lived in a one bedroom apartment and the town house. The place has the best price/quality&space ratio in boulder. The rooms are spacious and nice for the price. The management has always been very nice to me. Sometimes they need reminding of requests though. They were suppose to mow the back yard weekly but rarely mowed mine even though I had nothing in the yard. In general the place was very quiet and peaceful and if I was to continue to rent I would be more than happy to keep living there.
