great place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006   I lived at the Habitat for 7 years. The office staff was always pleasant, the maintenance was always prompt. The location was great and the apartments are far and away bigger than anything else I ve found in Boulder. For the money you just can t beat it. On the downside, the apartments are in need of some updating (which they were beginning to do when I left), the windows are not very energy efficient and the cabinets are pretty flimsy. All things considered, I loved living there and would recommend it to anyone.
