Spacious studio, cost-effective, great location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The location is Harvest's best feature. It's within walking distance to shopping, resturants, downtown (Pearl Street), parks, playgrounds, the creek path and outdoor / woodsie areas, and in my case: both work and the CU campus. I stopped driving because everything I need is here, it's very comfortable. It's spacious with a giant closet and a fantastic deck (or patio for the first floor). I love the deck. Utilities are included which is great in the winter when everybody else is freezing. The appliances are very old, and I'd recommend bringing your own carpeting and decorative stuff to make it cozier. Stellar management, they're making noticable improvements all around.
