Gret place, i've been here for a year and didn't have any problems yet. The office staff is very helpfull and polite. Mainenance is good and timely - they replaced my fridge when i moved in as soon as i told them it was getting kinda old. Everything is close, so there is no need to drive anywhere.

Great place to live overall.

Greatest perk- I can barbeque on my balcony!
