I know others have said good things about the management, but when I asked for help with anything the response was always late and came with a "this isn't my job" attitude.
Also, the terms of my lease changed while I was there, which isn't really a sign of a well run building. They also evicted a very nice family for reason I don't fully understand.
The police were there three times in the period I lived there.
However, if it's all you can afford, the apartments are charming in a old fashioned way and having the utilities included really is convenient.
