New manager SUCKS!!!!! From: Jarnot Date posted: 4/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Chad was the best manager and after he left the whole building went to hell. It's dirty, loud, and filled with smoke. The new manager smokes in the halls all day and constantly argues on the phone with people. She's been letting scummy people in the building again and the patios are full of junk and trash. It was really starting to get nice and now it looks like a dump. I don't trust the management at all and they come into the apartments without giving notice, they are seedy and uncaring. I'm leaving as soon as my lease is up.
