The landlord and the residents are drugies for the most part. The manager also enters your apartment without notice and consideration. The place is filled with smoke and other harmful materials. The place is also old so dirt and dust will somehow find it's way into your apt. Oh and the walls are thin so if you want to hear your neighbor snore, use the bathroom, or watch tv then your fine. Also the kitchen is poor and the appliances suck. This place is good for a few months and after that you find the problems

I am looking to apply for the new manager position at this apartment complex, and wanted to know if you had any specific complaints that could help me understand where the building needs improvement other than the walls. It sounds to me like the manager was like a bad tenant and didn't care if people took issue with the way they ran things. Is that essentially it?

I lived at Harvest Manor Apts. from 2007 to 2008..as far as the landlord is concerned..i thought she was wonderful..she was always available to take care of any issues that popped up..she was always very friendly and always had a smile on her face..now the maintenance man seemed to have some personal issues that he kinda "put out there" but if you needed something fixed he fixed it right away...the building was old..and the appliances a bit outdated but they worked and i have to ask the person who posted a comment on 7/18/2008 didnt you realize this place was old and a bit outdated when you looked at the apt. before choosing to rent it..all i know was the apt. i rented was clean and everything worked..when i moved in and all my neighbors seemed like normal friendly people
