I have lived at the Hill House Apartments at 949 Marine st. for a while. I enjoyed much of what the location offered, as well as the actual living space. Unfortunately the manager (Jeff) was a total jerk. Not only is it impossible to get in touch with management, but the response given was very much rude and sub-parr. I recently moved out of the apartments because of this manager, and I never plan to rent from United Professional (the owners of the building) ever again. Jeff is a mean person, and a bad manager. Beware renting from buildings he manages.
