If ever there was a reason to cheer for someone's bad fortune, it's this: United "Professional" Management will rob you blind, lie to you to get you into their units, and then steal your money when you move out. Hill House is the worst of them all. Insect and rodent infestation, overpriced and horrid apartments, scumbag managers, and now:

ASBESTOS.

They knew of this issue all along. It's only when they were exposed by a fire that they hurried to "help" those residents who were displaced by UPM's greed, unprofessionalism, and mismanagement. It's like Munchausen Syndrome; they make people sick, then swoop in to make a charade of "helping."

Hill House was UPM's cash cow, taking in more than $40,000 a month. Most of that money goes to fund their other slums -- though there doesn't seem to be much improvement in any of them. Perhaps it goes to fund the Cole's extravagant lifestyle in Avon' The money certainly doesn't go back into their properties.

Hill House was a joke. The building was literally falling down (a huge ever-widening crack forming at the northeast corner of the building as the entire structure slowly slides down the hill) and it only serves these slumlords right that they're losing so much money every month. Anyone who is stupid enough to live in any of UPM's properties get what they deserve.

We hope that this fire costs Bonnie Cole hundreds of thousands of dollars to repair. Since she steals so much money from others, it's only fitting.

A man was injured and you all are making jokes. What kind of people are you? Unless you know all the details you have no right to pass judgement. Frankly reading the posts here made me want to puke. Pathetic!!
