I lived here with my wife in a two bedroom unit for several years, using the second unit as an office. Overall we were happy with the place, and most issues were resolved quickly. The neighbors are a mix of working professionals, families, and students so you may or may not have alot of noise (mine liked to have weekly parties and play the guitar at 1 am, which we had pleasant conversations over). The greatest benefit is the location - it's walking distance to just about anything you'd want or need. Movies, shopping, dining, groceries, etc. - it was difficult getting used to driving again after we moved! The rent did keep increasing yearly which was disappointing. Otherwise it was a fine place to stay.
