I have been at Sinton for almost two years. In that time, I have had SIX new managers. Luckily, each one is a bigger pain than the one before.
For example, there was a hole in my wall and spiders were getting in. I had asked repeatedly for management to fix the problem, since it had been there for the duration of my tenancy. Finally, I managed to convince them to fix it...and the did, by covering it with duct tape!
Another example. I switched apartments in the building when my roommate moved out. Even though I have been with this management company (Omni) for three years, they would not let me transfer desposits and made me pay another deposit. Then, it took over 120 days to get my origional deposit back (which is against Colorado law) because management messed up on the paperwork 6 TIMES!
Finally, I pay for a spot. There is reserved parking and often guests park in my spot. Recently, management took away my right to tow cars parked there over 12 hours. And guess what happened the next day' The landlord's son parked in my spot! When I complained, she told me that nothing could be done and that I should basically shut up. When I tried contacting her boss, he told me the same thing.
In summary, NEVER LIVE HERE!
