Maintainence is great, the management is very friendly and social...of course someone is going to be giving a bad review if s/he never bothered to get to know the landlady and maintainence. It's called being social and friendly, and you'll learn that in the long run - that gets you a long way in the service industry altogether. Great apartments, albeit the price is a bit high, the location makes up for it if you are looking for a professional place close to CU's campus and Pearl Street. Extremely safe, parking is great, and a wonderful view of the Rockies. Electricity runs about $20-30/month, utilities goes to about $40-50.
