This place was nice when we first moved here, but then we realized that the management is terrible.

Here are a few good points:
- Great views if you are looking at the mountains
- Nice pool and yard
- Great location
- Assigned parking
- Great rooftoop deck

Here are a lot of bad points:
- Management is terrible - they don't leave notices when we have packages, they lie to you and they are not very professional when dealing with you - very passive aggressive
- Although we have assigned parking, most of the time someone else is in our parking spot
- Creepy people live here - there are a few people who i wouldn't want to get stuck in the elevator with
- The inside of the apartments are ok, but the hallways are always dirty

The post office and UPS delivery person should be leaving notices not the office. At least they accept packages for you, they could leave just let it sit outside your apartment door. If people would stop to take the time to get to know the staff you would find out they are only doing their jobs and they are very nice. Hello people we live in Boulder, there is creepy people everywhere.
