Pros:
close to CU Boulder
the good cleaning crew
friendly manager and staff
underground parking
each apt. has a patio (upper levels too)
maintenance is quick
secure entrance
very quiet, with noise policy enforced

Cons:
asbestos containing materials
high rent/low class
old, dreary floorplan
items wear out due to age
noisy refrigerator, old appliances
1 glass patio door/window, no other windows
not many laundry rooms
dirty underground parking area, low lighting
air conditioning is via "swamp coolers": cold water circulated through the heating pipes- not effective plus Kensington doesn't run the "a/c" for very long during the summer, claiming they have "old people" living there that need the heat
ugly, rough part of the neighborhood
no visitor parking areas
