OK, so Boulder is really expensive, but living here is a joke. The neighbors downstairs have had numerous ceiling leaks which maintenance has declined to fix, not to mention that they have wholes in their ceiling and there is asbstos. Everything has fallen apart, they don't tunr on the air conditioning until mid June and when I told them ours would only work on high, they didn't fix it, they just told us that it's best on high anyway. We had a leak, which was fixed but our wall had water damage and a couple of cracks that have never been fixed. Our tub is so old that it doesn't have any enamel left on it and there are too many old people living here for it to be some place you want to be as a college student. The apartment itself is a 1 bedroom that will cost $800.00 next year! Give me a break! It's not worth it. We are moving out of Boulder. You have to pay more for garage parking, but you really need to do it, cars are getting broken into at least once a week in the parking lot. Also you can hear everything your upstairs neighbors do. I MEAN EVERYTHING! Oh yeah and they are too cheap to get more outlets for cable so it comes in very fuzzy, because it is split so many times!
