Kensington Apartments

i thought it was... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   what can i say it was old and relatively expensive. i moved to kensington as it had a underground garage for 25 a month. the apartment was big enough for 1 bedroom and office desk stuff. i never met anybody there and now out on manhattan i meet them all. staff did go and was in your place without notice on problem occasions but other than that i no experience it. b-
