Personally, I had none of the problems the other reviewer had. Maintenance issues were fixed promptly, the management was friendly to deal with, and I used both the lot and garage parking for my car with no problems. Kensington has a very nice indoor swimming pool and steam room for residents to use, and it's kept very clean (nice change from most apartments.) Yes, it's expensive, but every apartment complex in Boulder is expensive. At least here, you get a nice place to live for your money.

Overall, I liked living at Kensington a lot.
