DONT LET THIS APT RUIN A YEAR OF YOUR LIFE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   WATCH OUT... the show room looks nice all refurbished, new appliances, walls, carpet but it is NOT what the actual apartments look like. COST: EXPENSIVE STAFF: EVIL...incompetent...lying CONSTRUCTION: very poor(asbestos, creeky floors, walls deteriorating, cracks...) layout is dull and old. ridiculous styling with terrible materials. appliances are absurd (dishwasher doesnt work. oven takes 20 to preheat. laundromat costs bout 4 bucks (in quarters and ONLY quarters) everytime NOISE:I can hear every step the guy above me takes, extremely annoying SECURITY: vandalism, theft, broken car windows, shady characters lurking about ENVIRONMENT: not for college kids, most residents are poor white trash
