I lived here a while ago, and have lived in a half dozen complexes since, so I think I can look back with fairness. It may have changed in the last few years, but when I was there it was pretty good. I lived in an efficiency, which was a good size and just fine for a student. I did have problems with the tiling in the bathroom, but it was fixed promptly. I never had any problems with bugs. My car wasn't broken into, and I was in the lot. The laundry and trash chute are convenient. The steam room and pool are VERY nice, and it is within biking or walking distance to CU campus, although I frequently wimped out and took the bus, which was also convenient. I felt safe here.
