I lived there for four years between 1999 and 2003, on what they called the catwalk, which is the connecting bridge between the two buildings. I had only two neighbors on the sides, very little noise and none of the claustrophobic feeling the corridors in the main buildings will give you. The maintaince was good. I did not care for the manager much. She had a bit of a car salesman attidtude when it came to signing leases. It was a short walk to CU, really not much to complain about.
