Although I didn't live in the area of the buidlding affected by the water damage which was received at the time the new roof was going on I know several residents that were directly affected. They were moved to larger apartments at no charge to the resident.
Th new management company has made many building improvements in the last year. A new roof on the entire building, new carpets, counters, bathroom tiles and appliances. The clubhouse is being remodeled and the indoor pool is always clean and sparkling.
