Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
My apartment has had new floors installed in the kitchen and bathroom. They also put new tile around my tub and shower. We have waited for the owner for quite awhile to finish the club house. It is now finished and looks very nice and modern. This is an older building but in the last year we have seen jupgrtades in our apartments.
