Everything about the Kensington looked great except the dreary hall and ugly pool. Since the first floor is cheaper, I am thinking about signing a lease for one bedroom. But what makes me hesitate is the security. Since first floor is reachable to anyone, I can't really have my porch door open.
To the current or past residents, how is the security on the first floor'
Also I heard that there are not that much light in the area (i.e. apartment unit is dreary as well). Is this true'
