Awesome place and nice people in the management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have stayed in this place for over 6 months and I have not had any noise problems or problems of any sorts. The management is just amazing and they take care of you really well. They even go to the extent of having parties every now and then. I have had some minor problems in the house but they have been taken care of soon. Though it is on the higher side of rental places in Boulder, I got a very sweet deal when they had quite a few apartments open. Additionally, i got a spot in the garage which lets me avoid bad winters from spending 15 minutes scraping ice from the windshield!! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
