Great maintenenace From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I have lived here since 2003 and was considering a move. New manager and new maintenance has changed my mind. I resigned my lease for 12 months. The club house and lobby have been updated. They have new furniture in the clubhouse. Previous maintenance was a nightmare. During the snow storms maintenance was out every morning before the sun was up. clearing the walks.
