I could walk to class at CU or catch the bus so I didn't have to pay for parking on campus. There are students who live at Kensington but it doesn't have the crazy party vibe. I had a great apt. with a large deck, I never heard my neighbors. The indoor pool, steam room an sauna are so nice and no one is ever in there so I felt like I had a private spa to myself. It is expensive but housing in Boulder is what it is. You can pay a little more and have your own parking spot in the basement. They also have some small storage spaces you can use as well.
