So much better than Boulder seems...

I lived here for about 15 months during my senior year at CU Boulder. While the rent was about average and the apartment size was just decent, the apartments were clean and attractive. I had an upper floor renovated apartment. Maintanance was fast and regular enough; certainly better than anything I've found since. The manager, Karen Nees, was vastly friendlier and more helpful than any other Boulder managers I've had (I lived in Boulder for about 3-4 years). She was extremely nice about the 42 million packages I kept having delivered and held for me in the apartment offices. The neighbors were remote, but very polite and I never had to make a noise complaint during the whole time I was there. The rear of my apartment faced Foothills and the traffic was only mildly noticeable during traffic hours; the rest of the time it was quite subdued. The property was always clean and well kept. Thanks for a good 15 months!
