Our apartment was small, but very cheap for the area. Maintenance was very prompt and fixed things the first time. Management was very professional and really worked to make us happy. My only complaint is that the area is a little sketchy...someone broke into my car and someone else backed into my car and left a big dent. Otherwise, this was the best managed apartment complex we lived in while in the Boulder area.
