Lack of Maintenance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/16/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   The buildings have strange smells all the time. Bathrooms and kitches are very old, although appliances are in good condition. Maintenance is not efficient or polite and do not take care of leaks in a prompt manner allowing toxic mold to grow. Parking lots do not seem safe to me personally. During a shower the water goes from hot to ice cold several times for no reason, this has been informed to the management nothing has changed. Management is nice and polite. Overall I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.
