I rented from here for a little under a year, and enjoyed it. Since it is a majority 1BR apartments, it is mostly child-free. They are not huge apartments, but enough space for one person or a couple. My only complaint would be the windows, but everything else is up-to-date or well maintained.

I would recommend this place as long a Karen is the manager - she is probably the best manager I've ever dealt with.
