The management told me i could have my cat so i would rent the apartment, but then later told me to hide it because i wasn't "actually" allowed to have it. So every time my cat got out management screamed. They weren't honest about a few things. My a/c was breaking and she said she'd have it replaced, two hot months later it was fixed. The location is the only thing that's good about this place. It's SO ghetto for $800 a mo. for a 1 bedroom. The apartments are clean but the building is crappy along with the crappy management. don't do it.

Ha ha ha. That is so true, I read over the lease when I was moving out after I told her I couldn't stand her new policies on my bathroom (she had told me I had to consult her during office hours to use the shower and bath)..and lo and behold, cats weren't allowed, even though she let me have two. She's a liar, manipulative and deceitful.
And for 800 yeah, it's a craphole.
