Decent although parking could be better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Knowing this apartment is down the street from CU should alert you to the college student atmosphere. Overall CU students living there haven't caused any issues in the last 14 months. Unfortunately parking is very limited although they do have security to boot cars that shouldn't be there and the grounds are kept up. The manager is onsite, which is nice although she can get a little nuts over the property. Laundry facilities are adequate and usually available. Building is kept up.
