Great place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005   I have truly enjoyed living at Marine Park. I have been a resident here for 6 years and have personally seen the property be improved upon every year. There is on-site management and maintenance and they take very good care of the residents. Considering the proximity to CU, it is probably one of the nicest communities that you could live in without actually living on the "hill".
