I have truly enjoyed living at Marine Park. I have been a resident here for 3 years and have personally seen the property be improved upon every year. There is on-site management and maintenance and they take very good care of the residents. Considering the proximity to CU, it is probably one of the nicest communities that you could live in without actually living on the "hill". The management is very responsive to resident needs and they have several social programs, which are enjoyable. Maxi takes excellent care of the property and is always available whenever you need something. Some of the reviews I read are negative but I can tell you that those who don't like the manager are the ones who have caused trouble on the property and probably been asked to leave.
