*** I personally think the only good reviews were forged by the manager and her staff in an attempt to get some naive renters.*** (If you look at it there is not one negative comment about an awful place where you hear everything through the walls)

The walls are paper thin. You can here when your neighbors are having a quite conversation. If you live on one of the lower levels you can here every step the neighbors above you take. The noise from Broadway and 11th street and the front and back parking lots makes it impossible to sleep with the windows open. The plumbing sucks. You can here everything that goes on in the hallways. Your neighbors wake you up with loud music and moaning noises. The manager is crazy and a huge pain to deal with. The heat bills gas bill alone is around 60 dollars a month for such a small unit. The only good apartments are probably the fourth floor inner court yard. Those go for 850 which is a rip off seeing you dont even have a washer/dryer in the unit. Dont be fooled rent and a newer building and get your money's worth.
