I have lived here for almost a year- and no I dont work for Marine Park or have any other association with them other than living here right now.

I really enjoy living here- I think it is managed very professionaly- we get newsletters every month, there is on site matenience- you can call colorado security if neighbors are being too loud.

I do agree with some of the things that people have said about the drug dealing and "crack heads" but I dont find that an uncommon thing in a college area.

There are plenty that live on the hill.

The apartments are clean, all come with new appliances and the balconies are very nice.

I would live on the West side because it is quieter (no broadway traffic) and you have a great view of the mountains.

I dont know why people had bad experiences, but for the money this place is defintely worth it.

It is also a great idea for couples to live in because the rent is then super cheap and its spacious enough.

There are tons of closet spaces!
