I have lived at Marine Park for 3 years. It's great. Clean, well maintained, affordable. The onsite manager is a gem. Leaking plumbing' You will leak a little too when you get to be half a century old! Liable for damages from leaks' NEVER! That is a flat out lie by a disgruntled evictee. Druggies in the hallways' NEVER! Property is patrolled by Colorado Security Company. Parking' It's off-street and patrolled ... what else do you want' A valet and free car wash' The building is popular with CU students, but the manager makes darn sure the noise levels are down. She runs a very tight ship. I guarantee anyone who writes a bad review for this place is someone who got into trouble for some rule-breaking, late rent, or something.
