We lived at Marine Park Apts. for a year and the only problem we had was noisy college students.., but that comes with the turf - we were very close to the CU campus. The management staff was top-notch - fair and honest (sorta unusual as Boulder landlords go). We got all of our deposit back when we moved out (REALLY unusual as Boulder landlords go.) Also, the maint. and housekeeping staff were very good and dependable - the building was kept clean and repairs were completed in a timely fashion. *The pool was always immaculately clean.* We strongly recommend this place to folks on a low or moderate budget. The location (near downtown) is excellent! We comfortably only needed bicycles for much local transportation. If we needed to go to Denver, etc., a major stop for the local/regional 24/7 bus system was a few yards away from our door. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
