Its the best apartment I have ever lived in. The apartments are a perfect size for one person, very spacious and well lit. The apartments are wonderfully kept up, clean and with new appliances. The management is top notch, very responsive and ready to accomidate every resident. If repairs need to be made they are done in a timely fashion. I can always find a parking spot and there is 24 hour security in the lots so I don't have to worry about my car being messed with. There is also 24 hour building security so it always feels very safe. There is never a line for the onsight laundry. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus and always available for use. Marine Park is at a great location, two minute walk to campus and a three minute walk to Pearl Street. The noise in the apartment is minimal and never a problem when trying to study or sleep. I really enjoy having a workout facility in the basement. Marine Park is a great apartment complex and I love living here.
