All these people talking about Marine Park being subpar are too old. Granted, the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors. I dont think the apartments are small (i live in a center unit, the end units are a little tight). marine park probably isn't ideal if you aren't a student (read: if you don't go out on the weekend, this place isn't for you).
I live on the West side on the 4th floor. My view is immaculate (like the conception of jesus). I have heard from people below me that you can hear people walking.
For the $850 i am spending a month, i am very satisfied. Perfect location between Pearl and the Hill. Close to Campus.
Maxi is a little crazy but Larry is the man.

I guess a little crazy is better than "a lot" crazy, but then spending most of your days and nights trying to make residents happy can take a toll on someone's sanity, specifically a manager's. It might surprise you to know that there are not just students in this building who have lived here only one or two years. There are several single parents and many business persons that reside here, many whom have lived here for more than 5 years and are also very happy. I agree that it is a great building, since I have lived here 8 years, but it is not just for students; it is for anyone looking for a single apartment that is spacious and a building that is well-kept and maintained by the dedication of the management and the staff. Nice to see residents taking the time to state their appreciation. Thank you.
