I haven't had any problems with the apartment itself, but the walls are a little thin unless you are a deep sleeper.

Larry the maintenance guy is super friendly and will fix anything for you.

They have security walking around the building and patrolling the parking lots at night.

I love my big balcony and the apartment is cute and cozy for one.
Overall, I would absolutely love living here, except one thing: the manager is completely crazy.

One second she's calling you sweetie, the next she's screaming at you like there's no tomorrow!! She even yells at Larry...

poor guy!! I just don't like dealing with her yelling instead of the rational discussion of problems...
