Out of all the apartments that I lived in during college, Marine Park was my favorite.

Not only did I feel extremely safe, but if I ever had a maintenance problem or complaint (which was rare), Maxi and Larry handled all my problems, quickly and efficiently.

My apartment was the perfect size- so cozy yet spacious at the same time.

The building was always clean, and the noise from other neighbors, etc.

never bothered me.

One can nitpick and find "problems" with Marine Park, but honestly, it is far superior to most other options located on the hill and in the same price range.

In all my past apartments, parking was a major problem every day.

I would end up with parking tickets, and I would have to constantly move my car out and into 2 hr parking zones.

At Marine Park, I rarely had problems.

If the parking lot was full (which wasn't often), I could always find street parking.

Also, they kept it ice free during the winter- A PLUS! Moreover, you really can't beat its location- close to campus, Pearl, and Wild Oats.

All in all, I would still be living there if I had not graduated and moved.
